About the Role
Vitec Fixit is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our B2C products — including our booking portal, booking app, and marketing tools. These channels connect millions of consumers with salons every year, and your work will directly shape the experience of both customers and professionals in the beauty & wellness industry.
As Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining the vision, roadmap, and execution for our digital booking experiences. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer department and a cross-functional product team.
This is a unique opportunity to lead user-centric digital products at scale within a growing Nordic SaaS company.
Your Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance for our B2C products.
Conduct customers’ interviews to be translated into actionable plans.
Drive product discovery and define requirements based on user insights, market trends, and business goals.
Use data and analytics to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
Collaborate closely with UX and development teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
Act as a strong product voice by understanding technical solutions and asking the right questions.
Ensure consistency and quality across all consumer touchpoints.
Align stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities, and product outcomes.
Lead continuous improvements to grow usage, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Solid experience managing digital consumer-facing products, ideally within booking, e-commerce, or similar transactional platforms.
Strong ability to work with data and analytics to uncover opportunities and measure product success.
Comfortable applying UX principles and working closely with UX designers.
Technical understanding and comfortable discussing architecture, technical constraints, and trade-offs — and able to challenge developers to find the best solutions.
Skilled at collaborating across disciplines.
Proactive, structured, and motivated by delivering value to users.
Able to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and feature definitions.
Fluent in Norwegian (must-have) and in English.
